Companies and Details reported shelter and dugouts by 7.30a.m. After a hot meal being served the remainder of the morning was spent in resting. Early in the afternoon a conference of Battalion Commanders assembled at Brigade Headquarters. Events moving rapidly, the Battalion was ordered to prepare for action for the following day. The O.C. held a company Commanders meeting during the evening and the scheme of operations schedule to take place was outlined. Meanwhile deficiencies in battle equipment was made up. Weather: Fair and cool.

Church parade for Protestant members of the Battalion was held on the Battalion Parade ground at 1100 Hours, for Roman Catholic members at 0850 hours in the Church at Reiulay. Weather: Showery

Lieut-Gen.Sir Arthur W. Currie K.C.B., K.C.M.G. Commanding Canadian Corps held an inspection of the 1st Brigade at Pecquencourt. Battalion paraded at 0830 hours to proceed. After inspection and march past a few words were spoken by him on the work done, and asking all them to take off their helmets for one minute in thanksgiving for armistice being signed. Weather: Fair.
