Protestant Church parade as held on Bn. Parade Ground at 1100 hours R.C.Church Service at same hour in the Church Rieulay. Immediately after service Battalion formed up and were photographed by the Official War Records photographer. Lt. Col. L.T.McLaughlin, D.S.O. presents a Platoon Challenge Cup to be competed for every two months. First competition schedule for Nov 6th. Lieut. G. Hunter proceeded on 14 days leave to U.K. Weather: Unsettled.
