Instructions from Brigade were duplicated to Companies and Details to the effect that Battalion would move at 10.00a.m. and march to Cherisy. This move was carried out and busses met the Battalion W. of Cherisy and conveyed them to Wailly Huts, arriving at 3.15p.m. Remainder of day spent in cleaning and resting. Weather: Very hot.
