At 5:30pm the Battalion de-bussed near Boves Wood and remained in the Wood for the day. Reconnoitering party where sent forward to report on Assembly Area. Later in the day, the Transport which came by road arrived. At 11:00pm the Battalion, less Transport and rear details, moved to Gentelles Wood, the latter remaining in Boves Wood. Weather: Cloudy.
