The Hundred Days Offensive

Members of the 156th Battalion were dispersed among several other Battalions following the disbandment of the 156th in February 1918.

The bulk of the 156th went to the following Battalions:

21 Battalion C.E.F. (Perpetuated by the Prince of Wales Own Regiment)

38th Battalion C.E.F. (Perpetuated by the Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa)
